The Stardom SR3610-2S-SB2 is a versatile external dual bay RAID enclosure, suitable for all types of data backup. It can be set up to mirror or stripe data, and with both USB2.0 and a SATA port, can connect to most computers. Some neat features like schedule backup let you backup one disk to the next, to protect the backup disk from virus and worm threats. The dual bay system of course houses two hard disks, but you can use just one disk and then add another disk at a later stage. You can also buy hard drive caddies to house spare disk drives.
