The Pluscom 3.5" Black Sata Caddy is very easy to install and use. It fits into a 5.25" CD or DVD bay of a computer and once it is installed, it can be used just like a removable hard drive. You insert the hard drive into the tray of the caddy, and then insert and remove the hard drive as necessary. If you need more trays, then you simply buy some more drive caddies - they are cheap enough! So a cheap hard drive caddy for a sata hard drive is what we have here. Please note of course that your computer must have a sata connection, or you must be able to install a sata card for this sata caddy to work, This item is also know as an HDD enclosure or HDD caddy.
