Installation is standard; the 3.5” SATA Caddy fits into a standard 5.25” CD or DVD drive bay. Connect the supplied SATA cable to your motherboards interal SATA connection, and that's it. You can now access any number of hard drives in an instant.
Imagine the ease with which you can boot your computer with different operating systems, or use the drive caddy as a backup bay. Slot a backup disk in and then remove it for safekeeping.

The trayless disk caddy is suitable for any PC or tower. Because the drive caddy connects to the computer via SATA, it is operating system independent. So if you are running Linux, Vista, XP or anything else, as long as your operating system supports SATA hard drives, then this caddy will be suitable for you.
In addition to the elegant, simple design, the drive caddy is constructed with silicon buffers to reduce disk vibration and noise. A lock is also provided to prevent accidental hard drive removal.
