The 750GB Combo U6 drive is a very useful external hard disk drive. Connect via USB or FireWire, add additional disks (with the caddy), you can save video or backups on different disks. This reduces the hassles you have if one disk breaks, because you can back your stuff onto lots of disks. The U6 unit can use PATA or SATA disks, you just need to select the relevant caddy.
