NAS Drives
Network Attached Storage (NAS) products are the easiest way of adding data storage to your network. Much easier than adding additional disk space to your file server, a NAS drive offers ease, simplicity and timesaving. If your network doesn't have a server, then introducing a NAS is imperative if you want or require central data storage.
Network Attached Storage Devices
With capacities for a single drive starting at 250GB, a NAS device could be used in any environment with a network, from a small home setup with a few PCs, to an office with hundreds of computers. Most NAS drives will simply attach to your network via Ethernet or even wirelessly, instantly adding masses of data storage. Speaking of masses of storage; the NAS units we stock can go up to an incredible 2TB!
NAS Drive Compatibility
NAS drives are suitable for both Windows and Mac networks, incorporating various useful features. These include backup software, web and photo servers, as well as specific network support such as ADS, for example. Operation is usually controlled via a Windows browser and the units can be configured for backup, performance or simply just extra storage.
