The 750GB Pushbutton drive is supplied with software for Windows based computers. Mac users can use the OTB drive as an external hard drive, without the use of the backup software.
Fast Data Transfer
Data transfer of the OTB drive is pretty fast, from about 10-22MB/second via USB2.0, but this will vary from computer to computer. Via USB1.1, data is transferred at around 1MB/second.
