Your online order is very safe: Our website is approved by Thawte and sensitive data is encrypted so that nobody can read it.

Simple, just email us your order confirmation, requesting us to cancel the order. You can then re-order the correct product. If payment has been taken, we will refund your incorrect order.

Yes, we are able to offer delivery to an alternative address. Please note however that we always carefully check all customer details when processing orders to ensure the highest level of online security. We may contact you to confirm you delivery and billing details or other personal details.

All our products come with a one year warranty. Some manufacturers offer a 2 year warranty, which we honour. Products that are out of warranty may be repaired at cost price, plus a small handling fee.

Our products are usually dispatched with the invoice attached to the parcel. We can send an item out just with a packing note upon request, so please let us know about these requirements when placing your order.
