Technical Support
Storage Depot offers free lifetime technical support on all products sold. We will usually be able to assist you with any technical queries, but if we are unable to, we may ask the manufacturer to help you on our behalf. This ensures that you are never left with a product that you cannot use.
If you have a fault or query with a product, please contact us, preferably by email. We will then respond as soon as we can. Email helps us track the history of a fault and solutions are easily emailed back, where you can work though suggestions at your leisure.
Alternatively, visit our technical support section, which may have the answers you are looking for, or suggestions that may be useful.
